[Chapter-delegates] ISOC-PK Pakistan

Hi Anne

I was under the impression that an ISOC-PK does exist.... I just returned to NY from PK but did not have a chance to connect with that group while in Pakistan.

I am cc-ing the person I believe can shed more light.
