[Chapter-delegates] search for chapters

Hi, everyone.

*ISOC Bulgaria is looking to find chapters *and chapter representatives 
who are interested in following the ITU meetings and developments in 
2012. As you might know, this year marks two important events, which 
might result in changing the current area of work of the ITU from 
telecommunications to information technologies, and the Internet.
We are reaching out to try to find which chapters are interested in the 
subject, have the capacity to participate in a program to follow the 
developments at the ITU, and be able to provide expertise and support to 
the relevant governmental institutions, that are part of the ITU.
The two events are the WTSA 
<http://www.itu.int/en/ITU-T/wtsa-12/Pages/default.aspx> and the WCIT 
<http://www.itu.int/en/wcit-12/Pages/default.aspx>. They will be taking 
place at the end of the year, but until then, there are a number of 
regional and national events 
<http://www.itu.int/en/ITU-T/wtsa-12/prepmeet/Pages/calendar.aspx>, 
covering the topics to be discussed there.
Please, email me off the list, as probably not all the chapters are 
interested in this topic, and we'll take it from there.
