Good points.
Happy for edri (Isoc.bg is a founding member) - everyone should sign for
the by-weekly bulletin it producers.

On the WCIT - the 55 countries did not withdraw their support, they just
need more time to decide, and only a few declared they will not sign the
ITRs. The EU opposition was that the ITRs introduce rights for member
states, and this is the fundamental problem with the EU laws, where rights
belong to people only.
