I think we have two very different problems here. Copyright has to do
with intermediation. publishing and physical media. I really think
that Internet is changing it in a very profound manner: the need of an
intermediation is disappearing. So I think "copyright" is a old
concept of intermediation that would have to be revisited. As for IP,
Internet is providing a very new and dynamic way to put producers and
consumers face to face, and to leave to them to agree in how the
production could be rewarded. This will be an evolving situation
