[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society / Wikipedia Page update

hi Everyone,

As noted by Marcin (and others), the "conflict of interest" policy  
referenced below and the "best practices" page at : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Best_practices_for_editors_with_conflicts_of_interest 
  make it very clear that it is not appropriate for an organisation to  
update content about which it is directly affected.

The Comms team assume responsibility to work with members of the  
community to ensure that updates to the pages are accurate and in so  
doing, we will be able to respect wikipedia's editorial guidelines. In  
speaking with Dan Graham, I understand that they have received a  
number of offers to update the content from members of the community  
(thank you!).

Marcin -  thanks for your suggestion below. I discussed it with Dan  
Graham and he is happy to take a look at this.
