+ too many males editors + other discouraging things.
I see it like another utopic attempt to share unvalidated , unreliable , contested knowledge .

Updating Isoc page is a minor thing, the real question is : Does Isoc caution Wikipedia way of disseminating information ? Updating the page would men that you agree with Wikipedia framework.
I don't know about the situation in US, Poland or other countries, but teachers here in Romania are very skeptical about "i checked on wikipedia , so it must be true, richt, teacher ? " attitude.
Comments on this ???

Ed

And to be fair I thought it was just a ping for our
communications staff to carefully apply some corrections.
This is what Khaled would expect, this is what members
would expect, this is what the world would expect. Like
it or not - as long as Wikipedia is the first point
of information on any subject for many it deserves some
attention. That Wikipedia is not free of errors and
conflicts is no reason for us to ignore it.

But obviously it _only_ started another big chapters
discussion thread instead. As it was before with "INET2012
planning" and our "new Website quality" that has not
improved since 5 months now. Would it be fair to assume
that ISOC has a problem managing its communications
(with members and the world)?
