[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society / Wikipedia Page update

I probably have different view than some of you.
It is true that Wikipedia is based on the open process to users to edit
content about any subject they want to and there is volunteers around
the world that are taking of some corrections or updating
But some famous personalities or organization take care about their
wikipedia page by dedicated PR/Comm staff that will ensure that
information on the page are correct because they know that wikipedia
come along the first search result in the online search.
So I think it is probably important for the comm ISOC staff to take care
of it
