[Chapter-delegates] About Internet Everywhere (was On visual identity of FB pages)

Good points Tom. Sorry for short quick reply tapped out on my phone near 2 am. 

Rather than us or anyone saying who the Internet is for & not for, the default should be It's For Everyone. 

It should be the users who decide where they want to be, inside, outside, walled, etc. 

The people responsible for nukes or infrastructure should be the ones deciding how they connect, not us, not ISOC, not UN, etc. :-) IMHO.

Just my 2 cents. Sorry if I'm missing the point you were making.
