[Chapter-delegates] On visual identity of FB pages -> "chapter-commdev" list

Hi Everyone,

As there have been a number of style related discussions on this list  
recently, I should mention (for those that are new to this list) that  
there is a group of Chapter representatives who give the  
Communications team periodic feedback on design and style issues.

The group is called : chapter-commdev at elists.isoc.org.
