Thank you Igor. I was thinking about the same.
Do you know how long did it take/how many people/how much did it cost?

Expanding the book would be an excellent stuff for crowdsourcing, I only
wonder if there are any licensing issues that could prevent this
(the book is freely available, but normally authors keep their right
  to preseve integrity of a work).
