[Chapter-delegates] "An Introduction to Internet Governance" by Jovan Kurbalija - a question

Marcin,
we translated it into Armenian and are going to print it (doing some 
fundraising). We plan to distibute it in Parliament, Government, Regulator 
and other organizations. We think that it would be useful.
