I don't mind seeing a higher proportion of French (which I can mostly 
understand) and Spanish (which I can only guess at without a translator) 
but it would be difficult to get meaningful discussion on this list in 
languages that have relatively  few native speakers.

The French and Spanish, IMHO, are important to enable full participation 
of Chapter delegates who aren't as fluent in English. Especially 
considering how many Chapters we now have in areas where Spanish or 
French are the language of the country.


[As a side issue, I wonder how many languages are spoken by members of 
this list? Probably best to answer that question off list. Sadly, I 
cannot speak any of the many indigenous languages of my country. 
Hopefully one day!]
