[Chapter-delegates] Update on Preparations for IGF 2011

I would remind you that the Chapters have a livestream webcast channel
that will be available for any associated purpose. While any well
connected laptop can serve as source, given our experience at the SF
ICANN members meeting, I might suggest the acquisition of a Zoom H1
audio recorder that can serve as an external microphone, and archive
audio at the same time.

I must have missed the original call for ambassadors. Not interested
personally but I would have circulated.  :(
