hi Joly

(sorry I meant to send this reply to the list and not just to Joly)

ISOC is a non-profit entity and as with many non-profits, our
governing "board" is a Board of Trustees instead of a board of
directors. A list of our Board of Trustees can be found athttp://www.isoc.org/isoc/general/trustees/board.php
.

Our staff is organized similarly to many corporations. The positions
of "Director" is one internal staff classification. The announcement
you refer to is a announcement we wanted to share with the Chapter
community noting some important staff advancements. Although we are
currently updating the website information, you can see a list of ISOC
staff at http://www.isoc.org/isoc/general/staff/. ISOC is in the
process of producing an organisational map for the website and this
should be available by the end of the month. (Greg can correct me if I
am wrong).

I hope this answers your question, but please do let me know if you
have further questions. I'll also follow this up with a reply to
Alejandro's email.

Best wishes,

Anne
