Joly,
If I may. I can refer you to the OECD corporate governance primciples.
ISOC trustees is a composition of board who are the what so-called
supervisory board and the management board is usually the C-levels.
Usually, it is the CEO that is part of the former. Notice how election
is done in ISOC. I think that applies to how ISOC is organized.
