[Chapter-delegates] Correction in the URL - Please apply for Event Funding in 2011

Hi Everyone,

Unfortunately, my email below had an error in the URL for the  
programme details for Event Funding. The correct link to the English  
version is: http://isoc.org/wp/chapter-events/. You can also find the  
Spanish and French versions at:

http://isoc.org/wp/chapter-events/program-home-fr/ - FRENCH
