[Chapter-delegates] Please apply for Event Funding in 2011

Dear Colleagues,

This is just a friendly reminder to all Chapters to encourage you to  
apply for the Event Funding programme in 2011 to support Chapter  
membership, outreach and recruitment.

* All Chapters are eligible to apply for this funding.
* The purpose of the funding is to support membership recruitment and  
Chapter outreach through the holding of events
* The amount is USD 2,000 (which can also be split across several  
events)
* The funding is a once-a-year funding. It can NOT be carried over  
into 2012
