Dear Colleagues,

The email below was sent last week to the members of the "Sphere  
Labels" mailing list.  Work is ongoing in this group to jointly  
develop a revised operational framework for Chapter leaders, designed  
to help support Chapters in advancing the ISOC mission. We are working  
to deliver a variety of chapter self-assessment and leadership  
development tools which complement the Affiliation document. The first  
of these is the 'Chapter Guide'. Please see below for a copy of the  
Chapter guide.

If you have specific comments, suggestions or feedback (especially on  
the 'Chapter Guide' and the shared document editing platforms  
request), we would be very happy to hear from you. Please email me at <chapter-support at isoc.org
