[Chapter-delegates] IGF Workshop proposals urgent

Hi,

caught from Bill Graham on Twitter, http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/w2011 
has the call for workshops for this year's Internett Governance Forum in 
Nairobi.

The deadline is imminent - April 15, basically two weeks from now.

I will enthusiastically take part in this effort although travel and 
attendance at events (IETF, ISOC Board) reduce a bit my capacity to do 
lots of drafting. But then, most of us face simimlar challenges, don't we?

Let's make sure we do get a few irresistible proposals in.
