[Chapter-delegates] Internet Observatory project

Hi Tommi,
I am from Armenia, ready to participate in internetobservatory.org project.
I have a suggestion: it will excellent to have a comparative table with 
formal description of each approach for all participants.
This table possible to create based on  questionnaire answers.
