[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Meetings at ICANN 40 – today! Remote participation details

Dear Joly

Two hours during an icann meeting for a meeting of chapters, attended
to by no more than one in seven or ten chapters is not enough. Isoc
chapters should meet at least once a year, globally, perhaps we can
revisit our discussion two years ago about a global I-Net. This can
also be more optimally done, by coinciding this event with a possible
once a year At-Large summit during one of the three ICANN meetings or
as an event during the IGF every year.

Two full days of Chapter meetings, face to face, every year, with at
least one delegate from each chapter in attendance, well planned with
an agenda prepared well in advance.
