As I said in the meeting, we do have an underutilized avenue of
conversation, this list!

There is also the Chapter wiki.

Perhaps we could look at using more dynamic collaboration tools, like
piratepad.

Apart from that I do think we could have regular online meetings / phone
calls, at least at the regional level, if just to chat. We should make more
use of that webex that isoc is paying for. Also the livestream channel can
be used for presentations and discussions as well as webcasting live events.

More webcasting of local events must lead to better inter-Chapter
understanding.
