[Chapter-delegates] CHANGED TIME: ISOC meetings in San Francisco

Yes Veni, I think ISOC were put on the spot by the late addition of an
At-Large/NCUC Town HAll event on the Tuesday - the time of which is still to
be nailed down. That may well be worth you attendiing.
