[Chapter-delegates] India Kolkata Chapter website now on IPv6

I am happy to announce that the website of the India Kolkata Chapter has been accessible via IPv6 since the last few hours at the address 2001:4800:7b01:200::500:0 and also at its usual URL - http://isocindiakolkata.in

We were unable to join others on World IPv6 Day but we are there now. :-)
