[Chapter-delegates] [Comments sought] - Draft ISOC statement on ACTA

Thank you Christine, and thanks to all who worked to draft this
response. Overall I am very satisfied with it.

I did want to note that I do not necessarily have the same concerns
that are expressed in the section titled "Cooperative efforts within
the business community." I believe that promoting cooperation in the
business community is appropriate. I do however agree that "Due
process and judicial oversight must remain paramount."

Also, I want to emphasize my support for what is written in the
section titled "Online service providers" as well as all comments
regarding the need for a more multi-stakeholder process and the missed
opportunity for leadership. These statements can not be made too
strongly, in my opinion.
