[Chapter-delegates] Egypt blocking Facebook & Twitter

We must work on a international movement to promote the discussion on those
inalienable rights and an international and neutral agreement on their
application.

In Ecuador some days ago (September 30, 2010) as a result of a national
emergency all medias were prohibited to publish their own information and
have to link to the official audio, video and content on the situation. This
was legal, but when this is legitimate?

Internet community has not only to act as an observer, we must work on
prevention of rights violations with clear policies, laws and rules always
in benefit of the inclusion, freedom and rights.
