[Chapter-delegates] DRAFT "Beta" release - Chapter Toolkit - no. 3 "Tools for Educating and Influencing Policymakers" - Feedback wanted

Dear Colleagues,

With advice, help and examples from Chapter leaders, we are pleased to  
announce the draft BETA version of the Internet Society Toolkit:

  "Tools for Educating and Influencing Policymakers".

This toolkit is the 3rd in the 'toolkit' series, and provides more  
detailed information, how to's, tips and experienced advice from your  
peers on educating and influencing policy-makers.

FEEDBACK IS REQUESTED
* Is the toolkit helpful?  * Has anything been left out that you would  
like to see included?  * Do you have any further examples from your  
Chapters involvement in Public Policy that you can share with your  
Chapter colleagues? We'd love to have your feedback, so please send it  
to <chapter-support at isoc.org> or to Wendy directly at <rickard at rickardgroup.com

TRANSLATIONS
We will collect feedback until February 28th 2011, and will work with  
Wendy Rickard to finalise the document for publication on the website  
after that date in French, Spanish and English. The document can also  
be downloaded from the Chapter wiki at: http://wiki.chapters.isoc.org/tiki-download_file.php?fileId=151 
   (requires login).

REMINDER
This is just a friendly reminder to share with us any feedback on the  
BETA Toolkit "Tools for unravelling the Net Neutrality / Open  
Internetworking Debate" (also attached at the end of this email). The  
deadline for feedback prior to translation is January 28th.

In 2011 we are planning 2 more toolkits: one on IPv6 and one with  
information and materials to help you talk about the NGL programme to  
your members and potential members. If you have topics for future  
toolkits that you think your Chapter colleagues could benefit from, we  
would love to hear from you at <chapter-support at isoc.org>.
