I suppose the Luxembourg chapter web site is on IPv6 too.Indeed, it has been on IPv6 since April 2005, for all services (web, email, jabber and what have you).
For those chapters that have web/email hosting on a dedicated IPv4 address, have a look at www.he.net or www.sixxs.net for a free IPv6 tunnel.
