[Chapter-delegates] Coming up: Next Generation Leaders Toolkit

Dear Chapter Delegates, 

The next Chapter toolkit that is planned is on the topic of the Internet Society's Next Generation Leadership (NGL) programme. For those of you who are not familiar with the NGL, it is a valuable resource for Chapters for a number of reasons. First, it offers unique opportunities for professional development and second, it is a great tool for attracting new members (and engaging existing members), particularly those who are interested in pursuing careers in Internet technical development and policy. 

The Chapter toolkits are effective in large part because they reflect the experiences and voices of Chapter leaders. If as a Chapter leader or active Chapter member you have participated in the NGL programme, I invite your input on the programme and how other Chapters can use it to grow and enliven their Chapters.
