[Chapter-delegates] usage of internetsociety and/or isoc in Germany

Hi, Hans.
+1 on all of your points, understanding them. Also - I don't think this 
is flaming.
However, in Bulgaria we don't use ISOC as an abbreviation, and have 
registered "Internet Society - Bulgaria" as a (R) trade mark with the 
Patent Office about 15 years ago, and have made it a really meaningful one.
In the spirit of positive thinking, I believe that ISOC is free to try 
to build their own brand, recognized worldwide, but the local chapters 
are also free (especially the old ones) to keep their own brand, no 
matter how ISOC.org feels about it.
