in ISOC Mexico we are discussing details of how to choose a candidate for the fellowship to participate in the Geneva INET. This is still in progress but I can tell you in advance that one criterion we will be using, topmost, the past as evidence but the future as key. We are trying to build a replacement generation for the present leadership.

What are your criteria to select the right person? For example, is it based
on the application only (what the person plans to do) or the past achievements?
How do you plan to evaluate?
