I don't think this is a good solution. What we see here:

is a square logo with the text

"r Everyone"

Is it really sooooo difficult that the producer team of our colleagues 
at headquarters produce also a square logo, with the "correct" color 
etc. We have such a lot of mail on this small issue here...
