data back there in Kenya, where my phone comes 
from. I guess Huawei is also getting some fair
share of infomation given they almost monopolized
the mobile chip market.

Could you and your team share a methodology to
do a simple test for typical iPhone user?
Maybe we could work together to hack up a site
telling casual users how they can check and
we can ask our members to check with their
respective phones/operators.

What about Android? Does iq exhibit itself
for example in the "adb lolcat" output when
running the phone at full debug?
