[Chapter-delegates] Transcript of IETF Video

Fantastic Eduardo.

Thanks very much. And Robert from the Togo chapter has very kindly  
shared a French translation of the "Tao of the Internet", which we are  
helping to review.  I think they will be able to share that with  
everyone on this list too.
