[Chapter-delegates] Final Slate for the 2011 Elections to the ISOC BoT

Dear Chapter-Delegates,

Following the close of the petitions period on 11 April, the Elections
Committee has announced the final slate of candidates for the upcoming 2011
elections to the ISOC Board of Trustees. 

Two Trustees will be elected by ISOC Organizational Members and one by ISOC
Chapters. Successful candidates will serve 3-year terms beginning in July
2011 and ending in June 2014.

The candidates for the Chapters election are:
Alain Aina - Benin
Nick Ashton-Hart - Switzerland
Marcin Cieslak - Poland

The candidates for Organizational Membership election are: 
Raúl Echeberria - Uruguay
Yrjö Länsipuro - Finland
Jason Livingood - USA
Bill Smith - USA
Theresa Swinehart - USA

As a reminder, electronic ballots will be sent to designated voting
representatives from each constituency by 29 April 2011. Votes may be cast
any time from 29 Apri1 2011 up until the close of the election on
27 May 2011 at 23:59 UTC.

In addition, the Elections Committee has assembled a set of questions
designed to allow the candidates to share their perspectives relative to
ISOC's mission, strategic goals and challenges. Candidates will have an

Voting representatives are encouraged to read candidates' responses prior to
casting their votes.
