Hi all,
My two cents .... Pls send more details on the spec that you are working on
to replace the AMS. Currently I mentor and manage a dynamic development team
that integrates Drupal with Ruby on Rails . This is one of the largest Rails
Team in India and has a experience of working on at least 3 products that
made it to Tech Crunch . Rails and Drupal gives you the power of open source
and leverage distributed project management with GIT and related stuff.
In any case outsourcing such development will cost you much less and save
time and effort on the learning curve.
Good day !
