[Chapter-delegates] Great chapters meeting on World IPv6 Day!

Unfortunately, being in Hong Kong for the Grand jury of the WSA, I could not free up as we were still in process of judging and selecting best e-Content for this World Summit Award.
However, I would like to have all information that can be shared electronically so I can pick in again and see what the planning for June 8 will be.
