[Chapter-delegates] Invitation: Please help us to help you succeed - Chapter Needs Survey - Planning for 2011

Dear Chapter Officers,

It has been 2 years since our last survey of Chapter Needs and your  
help is needed again.  We would like to understand how we can best  
help you lead a successful Chapter in 2011.

We would appreciate it if you would take a few moments to complete the  
survey below (available in English, Spanish and French). By completing  
a survey, you will also be eligible to enter a lucky prize draw for a  
HTC Nexus One Smartphone.
