 Dear Bill,

thank you for the very interesting report.
Like Alejandro, I also find the security claim of OSI vis à vis the
Internet to be bordering on fantasy.

The rest of what's being said in Guadalajara sounds like "Charlie and
the Chocolate Factory".
Somehow I cannot help thinking that this all sounds so twentieth
century, whilst the Internet is in the twenty first century.
