Sebastien Bachollet stood in as Director of Isoc India Chennai (a good
example of how Isoc Chapters work collaboratively) to organize the meeting
at Vilnius, with help from Priyathi Daluwattee, Alejandro Pisanty chaired
the meeting, with Markus Kummer, Wolfgang Benedek, Daniel Dardailler, Glen
Scott and Samanatha Barnowsky of Elon, and . Among those present were Peter
Dengate Thursh. Alejandro summed up to say that the debate generated
"some bold,
clear statements that are rather unusual for the IGF"

There is a lot more work to be done to give shape to this coalition.

If there are fiscal/legal reasons to terminate the organization, could it be
done in such a way that the name OneWebDay is left undisturbed?  We should
write to the OWD Inc Board to state our position, considering the fact that
Isoc NY and other chapters contributed more to give shape to OWD and also
contributed the initial funds (?)
