[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society Granted WIPO Permanent Observer Status

You get the point Veni as always.
I hope that this position inside the WIPO will in the same time, as you 
said, contribute to progress copyright policies not only at the 
International level but also at the local and national level.
I think chapters may since this announcement to approach local IP 
Administration and work with them.
