[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society Granted WIPO Permanent Observer Status

  Congratulations!
And now, that Larry Lessig is on the ISOC Board, I hope that ISOC would 
be able to contribute to WIPO with some progressive ideas, like Creative 
Commons, and hopefully change a little bit and positively the copyright 
policies!
