[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society 2011-2013 Business Plan

Dear Colleagues,

I have the pleasure of sharing with you the Internet Society 2011-2013 
Business Plan. It will be presented at the ISOC Board of Trustees 
meeting on 13 + 14 Nov 2010, in Beijing, China. I would encourage 
everyone to review the business plan and budget which covers the three 
year period 2011-2013. It can be downloaded at:

Chapters and members will also have the opportunity to review and 
discuss this plan with Lynn St.Amour during our next Chapters and
