[Chapter-delegates] Feedback from the 2010 Chapter Needs survey - Report

Dear Colleagues,

The report consolidating the feedback from the 2010 Chapter Needs  
Survey is now available online at the URL below.  Translations of the  
report into French and Spanish are underway and will be released as  
soon as they are available.

As you may recall, there was also a lucky prize draw for a HTC Nexus  
One Smartphone for all those that completed the survey.  The  "draw"  
will be made at the Chapters & Members meeting (alongside the ICANN  
meeting) in Cartagena in early December and the winner announced there.

The information supplied in this survey has been invaluable in helping  
us to understand the needs of Chapters in advancing the ISOC mission.  
It has  provided information to assist with planning and prioritising  
the Chapter Development work for 2011.  We are very grateful to all  
those who took part in the survey.
