[Chapter-delegates] Application to form a Chapter in Trinidad and Tobago

Dear Sabrina,

this is *excellent* news. I know Dev Anand Teelucksingh personally
through working with him on ICANN At Large matters and he is a key
player in LACRALO, and I am sure that the Lead Team that he is part of
is equally as capable. I have also worked remotely with Jacqueline
Morris - and she too is a very capable, hardworking individual.
I am very excited about their application and fully support it.
