[Chapter-delegates] Personal invitation from Lalit Mathur

I don't think it's too much too get worried about Eduardo. It's evidently
one of those things that once given access to an unwitting  client's address
book, spams all the addresses therein.

I'm sure it was unintentional on the part of Lalit, who is the secretary of
ISOC-Delhi
