Hi,

indeed, Franck, friends, now it's the Pacific that takes center stage. I 
hope that the PIC and NZ chapters, maybe also AU, can leave a stronger 
mark than we managed in Mexico.

You are already better set up with the open, public events and the 
apparently larger openness of at least some NZ authorities, 
parliamentarians, and others; and you'll have visitors of international 
renown who will attract attention.

I think we all are united and bolstered by the purpose of better 
understanding through open exposure and explanations of what is actually 
intended to enter into the Agreement, and public, rational discussion of 
the consequences of different measures  - for our concern, notably those 
related to the Internet and the digital environemnt, as well as those 
indirectly impinging on these even if stated in other chapters.

This is not only a wish of good luck for the steps out South which are 
beginning to pick up, but also a constant offer of assistance and 
participation.
