Thanks Patrick, this is good to know. One thing I would like to add is the
importance of hearing from chapters how initiatives like this should shape.
I hear questions in the Sphere meeting that ask if chapters are aligned with
ISOC's initiatives. I don't think you will hear any chapter say they are not
aligned but chapters need to be asked how can they contribute in defining
initiative scope. If I were to pick T&I initiative as an example I would
propose that there be a bottom up approach implemented where chapters from
all over the world help define such an initiatives direction instead of just
ISOC staff defining it. This approach helps chapters collaborate more
closely and hold each other accountable for the success of the overall
initiative. Perhaps this is something chapters can talk about at the next
chapter delegates meeting.
