As I already mentioned to the staff, it is not just an issue of changing a gif/png image file on a web site. There are letterheads, envelopes, business cards, signposts,  t-shirts, coffee mugs and everything else with the chapter logo on it that needs to be replaced. This does have a cost. I am not sure most chapters finances can allow that luxury.  

If HQ wants us to adapt, there must be a budget to cover the costs for the chapters.
