[Chapter-delegates] ISOC briefing paper re: ITU IPv6 Group meeting, March 15-16

All,

Attached is a briefing paper about the upcoming meeting of an ITU  
group that will be discussing the future of some aspects of IPv6  
address allocation.  As the paper explains, this is an important  
issue, and many of you may be in contact with people in and outside of  
the Internet community who are unsure or concerned about it.  I  
thought this paper could be useful to help you answer any questions  
you may receive.  I am also going to distribute it to ISOC for their  
information.  If you have any questions, or if you are approached with  
questions and discussion, please let me know directly.  I would  
especially appreciate knowing if you have made contact with your  
governments, so I could follow up during the March meeting or others  
occurring later.
